A nine-building residential owner has run its lobby communication on Emplace for three and a half years. In that time, its team has published 2,970 notices to residents without printing one.

Before Emplace, every notice meant printing copies, walking them to each building and taking them down again later. Across nine buildings, notices went up late, stayed up too long and looked different everywhere.
Emplace screens replaced the paper boards in each lobby. The team writes a notice once, picks which buildings it goes to, and it is live in under a minute.
